How to prepare traditional matcha:
Pour one stick into a small bowl. Add 2–4 oz of water at approximately 70–80°C. Whisk vigorously for about 15 seconds until smooth and lightly frothy.
For a matcha latte:
Whisk one stick with about 1 oz of 70–80°C water, then add steamed milk.
