How to prepare traditional matcha:
Sift ½–1 teaspoon of Bronze Hachi Matcha into a small bowl. Add 2–4 oz of water at approximately 70–80°C. Whisk vigorously for about 15 seconds until smooth and lightly frothy.
For a matcha latte:
Whisk 1 teaspoon of sifted matcha with about 1 oz of 70–80°C water, then add steamed milk.
Storage:
Keep away from heat, light, air, moisture and strong odours. Once opened, keep tightly sealed and use as fresh as possible.
